The Best Event

AI and blockchain aren’t competing technologies, they’re completing technologies. Together, they build a world where intelligence and integrity can exist in the same system.

That idea, for me, captures the spirit of what’s happened this week in Dubai. I was at The Best Event × UNTOLD, part of UNTOLD Dubai, the city’s mega festival bringing over 100 world-class artists together across six stages, blending music, art, and innovation into one unforgettable experience.

At the heart of it sat The Best Event, the world’s first Web3 conference inside a global music festival.

From keynotes and panels to live workshops, it was a full-day showcase of the brightest minds in Web3, AI, gaming, and creator technology, that took place right in the middle of the action at Dubai Parks & Resorts.

What I think made this collaboration unique was how it connected culture and code. It was where festival energy met frontier thinking, a space where inspiration met execution. And that’s exactly the mindset I bought to the panel I was part of: “AI × Blockchain: Building the Next Generation of Tech Products.”

AI × Blockchain panel

I joined an incredible group of speakers for the session, where we explored what happens when AI and blockchain come together to solve real problems.

AI brings adaptability and understanding. Blockchain brings trust and structure. When used together, they lay the groundwork for products that are smarter, more secure, and more aligned with human needs.

‘The panel came at an exciting time for Kaiko, last month we launched the First Decentralized AI Operating System. ARC Terminal, reimagines how people and machines interact online’.

One of the biggest challenges is keeping things simple. Too often, startups overload their stack with tech that adds friction instead of value. What matters most is clarity, knowing when to use which tool, and how to keep the experience clean, scalable, and meaningful.

The conversation we had was about sharing what’s working, what’s not, and how we can build better, not just faster.

Kaiko’s work

At Kaiko, this intersection is exactly where we’re building.

We focus on emotional intelligence, helping AI systems understand people better, and we use transparent design to keep that intelligence accountable.

AI helps us listen. Blockchain helps us prove we listened. When combined, they create digital products that people can trust, not just use.

Being in Dubai this week was a great opportunity to connect with others who approach technology with the same care we do at Kaiko and are focused on solving real problems through products that are smarter and more trustworthy.

Agents as Cognitive Extensions

As AI agents become part of how we think, the real question shifts from what they can do to how they shape our attention and judgment. Jesse explores why emotional understanding matters if cognitive extensions are meant to deepen human thought rather than narrow it.

Technological Loneliness: what we lose when the interface becomes our main voice

Interfaces became the default space for expressing ourselves, and we didn’t stop to question what that meant for the way we connect with each other.
